  • Starting Pay: Begin your journey with us with starting pay ranging from $.60 to $.65 per mile, ensuring a strong foundation for your earnings.

  • Quarterly Bonuses: We reward safety and productivity with quarterly bonuses, recognizing your dedication to excellence on the road.

  • Vacation Pay: Enjoy well-deserved time off with vacation pay based on your actual earnings, providing peace of mind and financial security.

  • Dedicated and Regional Fleet Compensation: Our drivers in the top 50% of our Dedicated and Regional fleets earn an average of $75,000 per year, with some fleets averaging over $100,000 annually, providing ample opportunities for financial growth and stability.

  • Practical Miles Pay: We pay based on practical miles, ensuring you receive compensation for 3-5% more miles than short route miles, maximizing your earnings potential.
